I can scan pages in color up to 12" x 17" and can provide the images in a variety of formats (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, etc.), and on many different kinds of media (floppy disk, CD, ZIP disk). I have had some success in scanning larger pages in sections and joining the pieces in Photoshop, but the measure of success largely depends on the image being scanned (e.g., photographs are easier than line art).
I charge $25 an hour for this service, in addition to a media charge if required.
When not engaged in other activities, I work for The University of Tennessee performing automatic timing services and meet management for track and cross-country meets., as well as for a few high school meets in the East Tennessee area.
I have also developed a waterproof timing cable system for use in automatic timing at track meets, which is in use at several locations, including The University of Tennessee in Knoxville and The University of Texas at Austin. It is compatible with both FinishLynx and Omega systems. The cost for a typical outdoor 400 meter track is approximately $1200; contact me for further information.
I also try to do to genealogical research on my Reeves and Ensor lineages when I can find time, and have posted some Reeves family photos and descendant charts here.
